Somebody's Gonna Be In Trouuuuble!

In the words of Tootie from The Facts of Life: "... and make that a double."

It's 10:30 at night. Your doorbell rings. You think your hubby is in the office working. You peek out the front door and you see a big truck with lots of lights.

Is it a firetruck? Ambulance? Oh dear, what could it be?

It's REPO-MAN!

And no, he wasn't looking for us!

Apparently Adam (last name withheld) is a little behind on his payments and will no longer have access to his Jeep Wrangler. That is, if the big burly (and somewhat scary) individual that was standing on my porch can find his car.

Now the question is, who is Adam and why was he using our address?

Oh and hubby? He was in bed. Asleep. Missed the whole thing!

And thank goodness the doorbell didn't wake up the little ones, otherwise Repo-Man would have to answer to Mini Mean Momma!

Extreme Bloggy Makeover

So say it with me... "Bus driver, move that bus!"

[Dust settling] *cough cough*

Look up there! That's right! I've got a brand spankin' new blog header. Isn't it purty? I'm very happy with it. It even has one of those nifty sub-headings (or is it a bi-line?). It's incredible how long I agonized over those few simple words as evidenced by reading here, here, oh and here. Anybody think that Elaine is still reading to finally get an answer to her question? No, probably not.

Now if you're like my mom and was peeking around earlier you may have seen a completely different header up there. I was just trying one on for size when one of the two children distracted me (or it could have been the hubs) and I forgot to take my "tester" down. In the meantime inspiration struck and this was the end result. Far better than the first one, trust me.

"Welcome home bloggy header, welcome home."

Why Didn't I Think of These?

Ever have one of those moments where you think "Wish I'd thought of that?" Perhaps you wish you had invented Post-Its, or the twinkie, or even the internet. For me, I wish I had thought of putting really cute sayings on kids clothes. Especially being a mom of a boy, I like to choose clothes that sometimes make a statement or stand out (boys clothes are typically boooorrrr-ing). Thanks to a site called Foodfight I don't have to come up with witty sayings for my boy's t-shirts, I can just order from them. Although if I had been thinking I might have actually come up with some of these:

A few obvious faves:

For nostalgia purposes:

Just because:

Because there are not nearly enough shirts with Foosball on them:

For when Preston gets to go on his own trip to Alaska with Grandma and Grandpa

(Sorry Gray, the biggest size is a 5T):

And one for the girls:
